French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions.
• Log all interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
