About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The position is fully remote and operates on a freelance cooperation agreement, offering flexible hours and the chance to work with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and address inquiries related to mobile phone rentals.
• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication in French and English.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Accurately document each interaction following internal guidelines.
• Adhere to operational processes to ensure high‑quality service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially handling inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system.
• macOS 14 operating system.
• USB headset for voice communication.
