About the role

Onja is seeking a Hiring Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across key functions. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, strengthening hiring processes, and making critical decisions that shape the future of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent operations and strategy, positioning Onja to attract mission‑aligned, high‑caliber candidates.
• Partner with department managers to define success criteria and design effective assessment processes.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple concurrent rounds across several departments.
• Track and analyse hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Build scalable hiring systems to improve consistency and accuracy.
• Continuously test new sourcing strategies and stay current on recruiting best practices and market trends.
