HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sales hiring and overall workforce planning. You will partner with department heads and hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand sales hiring needs and translate them into job requisitions.
• Create and post job ads on portals, social media, and the company career site.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule managerial interviews, maintaining interview timelines.
• Manage candidate communication, reference checks, and background verification.
• Negotiate salary packages within company guidelines and issue offer letters.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, update the ATS, and support onboarding activities.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with hiring managers.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Naukri and Indeed job platforms.
