Junior SEO Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Junior SEO Executive to help drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients. You will work across the full SEO spectrum, gaining exposure to keyword research, on‑page optimisation, link building and technical audits.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage backlink strategies to boost domain authority.
• Conduct backlink audits of client and competitor sites to uncover opportunities.
• Monitor and outreach potential link opportunities using platforms such as HARO.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research to guide content optimisation.
• Collaborate with content creators to embed SEO best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates.
• Optimise on‑page elements including meta tags, headers and content structure.
• Run regular website audits to resolve technical SEO issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist.
• In‑depth knowledge of SEO tools, techniques and algorithms.
• Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest SEO and digital‑marketing trends.
• Demonstrated success in link building and outreach.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range £24,000‑£28,000.
