Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning questions into positive experiences while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems (preferred).
