About the role

We are looking for a Product Development and Launch Manager to lead the introduction of new products and trading cards, overseeing the process from initial selection through to commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product and card launches, from selection to performance monitoring.
• Ensure strategic alignment of the product portfolio and drive operational excellence during intensive launch phases.
• Maximize the business contribution of each new product.
• Coordinate marketing, sales and supply‑chain teams to guarantee commercial success and profitability of the portfolio.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing, commerce or management.
• 3–6 years of experience in FMCG or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing fundamentals.
• Comfort working with analytical tools and reporting.
• Project‑management experience in fast‑paced settings.
• Regular interaction with sales teams and a results‑oriented mindset.
