Senior AI Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead high‑impact AI and Machine Learning projects for a multinational client operating in the Telecom and Fintech sectors. The role combines deep technical knowledge of AI/MLOps with strong project leadership and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives from concept through production, defining roadmaps, success metrics and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Manage and mentor cross‑functional teams of data engineers, ML engineers and designers, ensuring compliance with governance and data‑security standards.
• Collaborate with executives and business leaders to drive adoption, measure ROI and deliver outcomes such as churn reduction, fraud prevention and revenue growth.
• Monitor AI/ML market trends and propose enhancements to solutions and processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project/product management experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑country projects and work with C‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (French a plus).

Required skills

• AI, Machine Learning and MLOps.
• Agile and project‑management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum).
• Experience with cloud AI platforms: Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI.
