AI Director – Client-Facing (London)

About the role

This senior AI Director position will lead the transformation of a digital consulting practice toward an AI‑first model. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape how AI is embedded across the full client lifecycle, from discovery to long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the AI strategy for the consulting practice, delivering a clear end‑to‑end roadmap.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign services, identify high‑impact use cases and translate AI capabilities into commercial outcomes.
• Lead senior client engagements, shaping AI‑led solutions and supporting partners in positioning differentiated offerings.
• Drive internal adoption by improving productivity, embedding AI tools and leading change initiatives.
• Build AI capability across teams, ensuring governance, compliance and alignment with broader digital priorities.
• Define the AI go‑to‑market strategy, priority sectors, use cases and revenue pathways.
• Develop scalable AI‑enabled offerings with clear commercial models and market positioning.
• Represent the firm in thought‑leadership forums and build ecosystem partnerships to grow AI‑related revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI or digital transformation in consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, agent‑based systems and enterprise platforms.
• Track record in senior, client‑facing advisory roles influencing at Partner/Director level.
• Experience taking initiatives from strategy through execution and adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change‑leadership capabilities.
