Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift problem resolution. Ideal candidates enjoy written interaction and have a knack for troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Organized, reliable, proactive and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
• Comfortable using a computer with a reliable internet connection.
