Chargé de projet junior

About the role

The Future Leader program at IRo’eh is looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support founder Fabrice Rabeson. You will work closely with him, learning day‑by‑day how a leadership consultancy operates while gradually taking on more responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Fabrice’s calendar, prepare training materials and coordinate logistical aspects of missions.
• Assist in the design of offers, follow up with clients and support the creation of new services.
• Take ownership of client logistics, attend meetings and begin delivering short training segments.
• Co‑facilitate training modules alongside Fabrice, lead parts of programs and build credibility with clients.
• Eventually run full training sessions independently, manage end‑to‑end client relationships and represent the firm.

Required profile

• High learning agility and strong intellectual curiosity.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and able to capture audience attention.
• Humility, eagerness to start on the ground and grow into a leader.
• Strong alignment with the values “Learning to serve, Serving to lead, Leading to transform”.
• Reliability, organizational skills and willingness to commit long‑term.
• Availability and mobility to accompany Fabrice on various assignments.
