Croatian-Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a Croatian‑speaking Sales Development Representative to work remotely for a client in the vacation‑rental sector. This pre‑sales position focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and passing warm prospects to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to vacation‑rental property owners to introduce the client’s platform.
• Assess interest and pre‑qualify leads according to defined criteria.
• Build rapport, answer initial questions, and handle basic objections.
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and manage call follow‑ups.
• Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generation (preferred).
• Confidence handling objections and engaging prospects by phone.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead databases.
• Comfortable using Windows 11 or later, and macOS 14+.
• Stable broadband internet connection (LAN preferred).
• USB headset for clear voice communication.
