Développeur Fullstack Odoo

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Odoo Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules that meet client requirements. The role involves both front‑end and back‑end work, integration with external systems, and continuous improvement of existing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom Odoo modules using Python, Odoo ORM, and Odoo framework.
• Create front‑end components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JSON.
• Design and implement backend data models and scripts aligned with business needs.
• Integrate Odoo with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements together with project managers and business teams.
• Optimize and customize existing Odoo modules for performance and scalability.
• Maintain and evolve applications, fixing bugs and adding enhancements.
• Write and execute unit and functional tests, and perform integration testing.
• Provide technical support and produce documentation for internal and external users.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience, with proven expertise in Python.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and comfortable working in an agile, fast‑changing environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
