Executive Concierge

About the role

Corporate Stays is seeking a French‑speaking Executive Concierge to join its international Guest Experience team. Working remotely from Madagascar, you will act as the primary point of contact for guests staying in our furnished apartments across North America and Latin America, ensuring a seamless, five‑star experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to guests via phone, email, WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams to resolve requests quickly.
• Support check‑in and check‑out processes and handle any escalations.
• Offer personalized recommendations on transportation, local attractions and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all guest interactions in the company’s systems.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, call centre or virtual assistance is an asset.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet home office suitable for remote work.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple software platforms used for guest communication and record‑keeping.
