About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while reinforcing brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Required skills
