Human Resources Specialist – Recruiter for Madagascar Growth

About the role

Workistry is expanding its presence in Madagascar and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to become the public face of the platform. You will identify talent, build relationships with hiring managers, and grow the recruiter community across the country’s key hiring markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network in Madagascar.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Madagascar (agency or in‑house).
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Madagascar.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Use of networking applications for talent outreach.
