International Recruiter

About the role

As an International Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and selecting top talent worldwide to support Captivea’s growth. You will work closely with the HR Director and HR Manager to ensure recruitment processes align with corporate policies and the diverse needs of a multicultural organization.

Key responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on global platforms and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and prepare detailed interview reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define required profiles and interview criteria.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using databases, professional networks, social media and recruitment events.
• Evaluate candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit and specific job requirements through phone, video and in‑person interviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
• Significant experience in international recruitment, preferably within a multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and prioritization abilities.
