IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Antananarivo. The successful candidate will provide first‑line technical assistance, ensuring that hardware, software and network systems run smoothly for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to end users via phone, email or in person.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, applications and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation and asset records.
• Support system updates, backups and security procedures.
• Escalate complex technical problems to higher‑level support teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, macOS and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common IT tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• English at B1 level; knowledge of French is an advantage.
