Marketing Communication Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Communication Assistant will support ZEWA Group’s marketing and communication initiatives across its African operations. Based in Antananarivo with hybrid flexibility, the role focuses on promoting the company’s e‑waste services, sustainability projects, and circular‑economy partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials, newsletters, and social‑media posts.
• Create basic sales collateral and assist in the preparation of presentations.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, outreach activities, and branding assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistent messaging.
• Support the planning and execution of events, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder communications.
• Help compile campaign performance reports and contribute ideas for future initiatives.

• Strong written communication skills and professional client‑facing ability.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging content and visual concepts.
