OIM & Performance Reports Officer

About the role

The OIM & Performance Reports Officer supports all Operational Information Management (OIM) and Performance Reporting (PR) activities for the World Food Programme in Antananarivo. The role contributes to creating a standard, consistent operating picture of WFP operations and results, enabling informed and timely decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support staff in the assigned area to ensure OIM & PR procedures and templates are consistently applied.
• Assist in establishing and presenting a standard operating picture of WFP operations and associated results.
• Facilitate the collection, validation, and analysis of operational data for performance reporting.
• Provide timely and accurate information to support decision‑making at all organisational levels.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in operational information management and performance reporting.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and adhere to established procedures.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality.
