Operations & Customer Support Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Hexuvium is seeking a full‑time Operations & Customer Support Assistant to join its international property‑management team. Working remotely, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering top‑notch service to guests, property owners, cleaning crews, and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Assist property owners with requests and manage reservation changes.
• Handle check‑in/check‑out issues and monitor communications on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and VRBO.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance providers and source new suppliers as needed.
• Track urgent operational issues, verify invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports, update the CRM and internal systems.
• Monitor reviews, maintain listing quality and liaise with the commercial team.
• Escalate complex cases to management.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Calm under pressure, able to prioritize urgent situations.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and customer‑focused.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or VRBO platforms.
• Familiarity with channel managers and CRM software.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Guesty (strong advantage).
