Paid Ads Specialist – Google & Meta (Remote Contract)

About the role

The Paid Ads Specialist will lead performance‑driven campaigns on Google and Meta platforms for HipHype’s technology clients. Working remotely on a six‑month contract, you will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align advertising strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audience and keyword research to define target segments and funnel strategies.
• Set up, launch, and manage campaigns and ad groups across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
• Write, test and optimise ad copy and creatives, performing continuous A/B testing.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust bids, budgets and pacing accordingly.
• Implement tracking solutions including pixels, conversion tags and UTM parameters, and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale paid media budgets for SaaS or tech products.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with clear communication of insights.
• Comfortable working remotely on a contract basis with reliable self‑management.
