Product Owner – Agile Software Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that product initiatives are delivered efficiently and generate tangible value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear functional specifications, user stories and wireframes.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritising items based on value and effort.
• Prepare sprint planning sessions and monitor development progress.
• Facilitate sprint reviews and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Define functional and technical requirements for system integrations.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to complex, cross‑functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven track record managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable product specifications.
• Experience with complex systems, integrations or enterprise‑scale projects.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to quickly understand new business contexts.

Required skills

• API‑based integrations and distributed systems.
• Jira, Confluence, Figma and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices and user‑centred design.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture and technical integration patterns.
