Programme Associate – Monitoring (G6) – Ampanihy & Tulear

About the role

The World Food Programme is seeking a Programme Associate – Monitoring (G6) for its operations in Ampanihy and Tulear, Madagascar. The position is a fixed‑term role of one year, renewable after a probationary period, and reports directly to the RAM Officer at the country level while functionally reporting to the Head of RAM at headquarters. The incumbent will support the monitoring and evaluation of targeted programmes and produce reports that inform effective assistance delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out monitoring and supervision activities for TPM in the assigned coverage area.
• Prepare and submit regular monitoring reports to support programme implementation.
• Assist the RAM Officer in monitoring‑evaluation tasks, including data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with the RAM team and other WFP units to ensure data quality and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site in Ampanihy and Tulear, Madagascar.
• Works under the direct supervision of the RAM Officer and functional guidance of the Head of RAM CO.
