Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will interact with customers in French‑speaking regions, providing assistance through chat, email and phone while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
