Special Projects Manager – New Ventures

About the role

Onja is seeking a Special Projects Manager to lead research, ideation, business planning, and project execution for new spin‑off ventures such as Hirety.io and Neuralverse.ai. You will move concepts from validation to launch, working closely with the Enterprise Manager, Founder, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of Hirety, Onja's structured interview evaluation platform, driving its growth and development.
• Research, validate, and build business plans for new spin‑off ventures.
• Lay operational, business, and legal foundations required to launch new entities.
• Manage execution of projects from concept through launch, prioritising effort across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Manager and Founder to align strategy, direction, and priorities.
• Identify which project ideas merit further investment and which should be deprioritised.
• Track progress, milestones, and outcomes, reporting regularly on status and key decisions.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners, clients, or stakeholders relevant to each project.

Required profile

• Strong research skills with the ability to independently investigate markets, competitors, and business models.
• Proven ability to translate research findings into actionable business plans.
• Comfortable switching between early‑stage ideation and hands‑on execution across multiple projects.
• Excellent judgment to assess the viability of new ideas.
