Strategic Partnerships & Resource Mobilization Consultant

About the role

Health In Harmony (HIH) is seeking a consultant to design and execute a strategic partnership and resource‑mobilization plan for its Madagascar entity, HIH‑FAMI. The role will support the organization’s planetary‑health agenda by expanding its donor base and strengthening fundraising processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update HIH‑FAMI’s resource‑mobilization strategy aligned with the 2026‑2028 Strategic Plan.
• Produce concept notes, funding proposals, and narrative reports in collaboration with the global fundraising team.
• Represent HIH‑FAMI to key donors and stakeholders in Madagascar.
• Manage funding agreements, ensuring compliance and quality assurance across projects.
• Prepare and oversee the annual fundraising budget and work plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development and donor‑fundraising within the non‑profit sector.
• Ability to lead capacity‑building initiatives for senior leadership.
• Strong written communication skills for proposal and report drafting.
• Experience managing budgets and funding agreements.
