Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join Hikvision’s global team. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting our security products, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in complex networking environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design project technical plans, including system architecture, functional design, and integration strategies.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical defenses to showcase product advantages.
• Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Deliver training sessions and create technical documentation for clients.
• Participate in quality control to ensure solutions meet standards and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, product implementation, or related engineering roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and address client needs.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
