Warehouse Associate – Fixed Term

About the role

UNICEF is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support its supply chain operations in Antananarivo on a fixed‑term basis. The role is central to ensuring that essential goods reach children and communities efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehousing activities, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate in‑country logistics, supporting procurement and contract management processes.
• Collaborate with partners, government agencies, and internal teams to strengthen national supply chains.
• Identify and implement alternative delivery mechanisms to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a humanitarian or development context.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to work independently, analyse complex situations and adapt procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
