About the role
We are seeking a customer‑focused professional to join our contact centre team. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to customers.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Record interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, contact centre, or BPO environments.
- Fluent French and at least B1/B2 level English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with voice support is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CRM processes.
Required skills
- CRM (basic knowledge of customer relationship management systems).
