About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for users across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in both French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with order questions, general concerns, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
