Bilingual Research Specialist (English/French) – Deep Work Focus

About the role

ICP is looking for a methodical Bilingual Research Specialist to join its remote research team. The role focuses on deep‑work tasks that require high accuracy, independent analysis and fluent communication in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic online and public‑record searches to extract precise business and financial indicators.
• Perform verification interviews with company representatives, following scripted questions to confirm data points.
• Produce clear, structured reports that adhere to ICP’s proprietary methodology.
• Maintain 100 % data accuracy and document sources for auditability.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and French.
• Background in translation, journalism, research, education, detailed administration or related fields.
• Strong reading comprehension and the ability to work independently for extended periods.
• Preference for predictable goals, measurable output and a quiet work environment.
