About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager to lead the daily activities of Gassy Country House, a 36‑room boutique hotel near Ivato. The role combines supervision of accommodation, restaurant and event services with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. You will work on‑site in a green, welcoming environment, collaborating closely with the management team to enhance the hotel’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel operations and ensure impeccable service standards.
• Lead, coordinate and motivate the hotel staff on a daily basis.
• Monitor purchases, manage stock levels and track performance indicators.
• Support commercial development initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel‑restaurant management and team leadership.
• Strong operational management skills and familiarity with service standards.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Rigorous, service‑oriented, proactive and available for flexible schedules.
