Client Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Client Support Officer to provide exceptional assistance to our customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction rates.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Diagnose technical or operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Ensure high first‑contact resolution rates and track issues through to complete resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and recurring issues in support systems.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and product teams to escalate critical bugs or pain points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in communication, customer service, business administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support, client relations, or a call‑center environment, preferably within a bank, fintech, or digital services sector.
• Fluent in French.
