French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, delivering clear, courteous assistance and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Answer customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
