HR Executive (Payroll & Employee Relations)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage payroll administration, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR operations in Antananarivo. The successful candidate will ensure accurate salary processing, support employee engagement, and maintain compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs, verify deductions and statutory contributions.
• Maintain attendance, leave and payroll records; coordinate with finance and payroll vendors.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and handle disciplinary matters, grievances and workplace issues.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, draft employment letters, contracts and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Assist recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll and employee relations.
• Fluent French and at least B1‑level English.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and confidentiality skills.
