Human Resources Executive (Payroll & Employee Relations)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team in Antananarivo. The role focuses on payroll support, employee relations, and core HR operations, requiring strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to manage the employee lifecycle efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll preparation, maintain attendance, leave and employee records, and coordinate payroll processing with internal teams and external vendors.
• Review payroll data, deductions, and statutory contributions to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR‑related queries and support engagement initiatives.
• Help with onboarding, off‑boarding, and overall employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, prepare HR letters, contracts and reports, and support compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and other HR operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related functions.
• Fluent French and at least B1 level English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and professionalism in handling confidential information.
