In-Country Lead – International Opportunity

About the role

QUALISYS Consulting is looking for motivated professionals to act as In‑Country Leads across selected African and Pacific markets. The role supports donor‑funded, public‑sector and development projects by providing on‑the‑ground market insight and representing the firm with local stakeholders. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for QUALISYS in the assigned country, ensuring that project opportunities are captured early and that proposals align with local regulations and donor expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor opportunities and gather market intelligence in the assigned country.
• Identify relevant tenders and procurement processes.
• Assist in preparing and submitting proposals for development projects.
• Represent QUALISYS locally and engage with donors, government agencies and partners.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of opportunities and provide regular status updates to the regional team.

Required profile

• Established professional network within the target country.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports.
• Capacity to support business‑development activities and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Demonstrated experience in development or public‑sector environments is preferred.
