International Recruiter

About the role

As an International Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and selecting top talent worldwide to support Captivea’s growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Post job offers, screen applications and coordinate with managers to define required profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews, prepare interview reports and manage candidate communication.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies using databases, professional networks, social media and recruitment events.
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit through phone, video and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Ensure compliance with Captivea’s recruitment policies and international labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in French and advanced level in English.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and task‑prioritization abilities.
