About the role

The company is seeking a responsible line operator and maintenance supervisor to lead the production line at its paint manufacturing facility. The role combines operational control of key equipment with first‑level maintenance and team supervision to ensure consistent product quality and output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, adjust and monitor industrial equipment such as dryers, butane burners, mixers, dosers and conveyors.
• Detect and address production deviations or anomalies to maintain target yields, tonnage and product quality.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet performance objectives.
• Organise and supervise operators, assistant drivers and material handlers.
• Perform first‑level preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose breakdowns and coordinate complex interventions with senior maintenance technicians.
• Maintain production logs, machine journals and incident records.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and ensure maintenance tools are in good condition.
• Train and support new operators during onboarding.
