ERP Consultant

About the role

Ontrac Solutions is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to lead the delivery of a One‑ERP solution. You will work across pre‑implementation, implementation and post‑implementation phases, ensuring the right vendor is chosen, processes are standardized, data is governed, and end‑users adopt the new system.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP vendor selection, validate timelines, and assess cloud vs on‑premise architecture.
• Define “to‑be” processes, establish governance, and limit customizations.
• Develop master data management standards and ERP‑driven reporting requirements.
• Lead data cleansing, mapping, migration and manage User Acceptance Testing scenarios.
• Coordinate ERP integrations with other systems and reporting platforms.
• Create SOPs, deliver end‑user training and provide change‑management guidance.
• Provide go‑live support, troubleshoot issues, and manage continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ERP consulting experience covering full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP vendor capabilities, process design and data governance.
• Experience with global rollouts and multi‑entity environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation and analytical skills.
