Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records of each case.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality support and share improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
