Certification Manager

About the role

Lead the organic certification administration for Videeko Vanilla, ensuring compliance, traceability and audit readiness across the entire vanilla supply chain from farmer to export.

Key responsibilities

• Manage certification applications, renewals, organic system plans and maintain a central certification register.
• Coordinate external audits and internal compliance reviews, track findings, corrective actions and ensure closure.
• Work with cooperative Internal Control System teams to keep farmer registrations, farm records and supplier lists up‑to‑date.
• Verify product traceability by reconciling purchasing, production, inventory and sales records.
• Train farmers, cooperative staff and company employees on organic practices, documentation and compliance responsibilities.

Required profile

• Practical experience managing organic certification in agriculture, food processing or export.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Food Science, Environmental Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Professional communication skills in French and Malagasy; English is an advantage.

• Experience with electronic document management systems.
