Direct Sales Agent (Commission Based)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for motivated individuals to join its network as Direct Sales Agents in Madagascar. You will work as an independent contractor, promoting a range of digital services to businesses and private customers and earning commission on every successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients – businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals – who could benefit from BagginsHQ’s digital services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using your dedicated agent portal.
• Match clients with appropriate services such as digital marketing, hosting, corporate email, and Baggins TV subscriptions.
• Generate service orders and invoices through the portal; the system handles fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track earnings, request withdrawals, and monitor performance via the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for client outreach.
• Basic understanding of digital services and online platforms.
