Financial and Budget Controller

About the role

Drive financial performance, ensure rigorous budget tracking, and provide reliable financial analysis and control to support strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budget preparation, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial planning with multiple departments.
• Monitor budget execution, analyse variances, produce monthly financial reports, dashboards and KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track operational costs, analyse profitability by project or department and identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, accounting standards and financial regulations, and support internal audits.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management or Financial Control.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting or auditing, preferably in a regulated financial institution, bank or fintech.
• Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling.
• Strong mastery of Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and budgeting tools.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting.
