Project Management Officer

About the role

The Project Management Officer will drive and coordinate project management processes, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget. This role supports project teams and collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers in structuring, planning and scheduling strategic initiatives.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies and reporting templates.
• Track project progress, milestones, budgets and KPIs.
• Consolidate reporting and produce dashboard summaries for management.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage documentation, meeting minutes, action items and project artifact libraries.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, engineering, information systems or project management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, PMO roles or consulting, preferably within a regulated financial institution, bank or tech environment.

Required skills

• Strong mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English.
