IT Helpdesk Technician (English-speaking)

About the role

Intelcia Tech is seeking an English‑speaking IT Helpdesk Technician to join its support team. You will be the first point of contact for users, providing fast and effective assistance across a range of hardware and software platforms. The role combines remote troubleshooting with incident management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for user requests via phone, email, or portal.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Log, track, and document incidents using ITSM tools.
• Provide guidance on the use of IT tools and services.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Previous experience in helpdesk or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
